I used this garage through Cazoo. I had a Peugeot 2008 which had a few on going problems. Cazoo sent it to a few garages that never truly fixed the problem.
But when my car went into Pierremonts Ramsgate the problem was found and repaired. The garage went above and beyond the normal garage protocols by helping me solve the problem with the car and by helping me get my money from Cazoo.

Absolutely outstanding service with this company especially Steve, he went above and beyond what was expected, I've had 2 recent purchases from Cazoo and cinch in the space of 2 weeks and both didn't start after a couple of days, I gave up and decided to try a local company, I'm so glad I did , I will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future and will also recommend them highly.

Had a flat tyre, luckily I discovered it whilst car parked at home, mechanic came, inflated the tyre & drove it to the garage. They discovered the puncture caused by a screw, repaired quickly & efficiency I could not have asked for better service.

Always take my cars here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Price is never over the top and recently they saved me a lot of money. They diagnosed a fault which BMW had an issue with and rather than me paying for it at Pierremonts they discussed with BMW there was a chance they would pay towards it. I took it to the main dealer and got the fault fixed for free which proves how trustworthy Pierremonts are. Highly recommended and friendly service

We have an extremely agreeable view of Pierremonts @ Ramsgate . An appointment was made for a routine service with no fuss & bother & the work completed in short order . Not only that but excellent advice was given us on some matters which were to us complicated in a relaxed , business-like & friendly manner . Bmw 530i was taken in for a diagnosis after problems starting, breakdown service suggested possible malfunctioning sensor and this was confirmed by mechanic via error code. Fault disappeared despite numerous attempts by mechanic to recreate issue including test drive.

Collected car and only charged for diagnosis analysis which was very fair.
Would not hesitate to use Pierremonts services again.

I recently bought a second hand van from this garage, which turned out to have an intermittent automatic gearbox problem which would not have shown up during and MOT or service. The problem was resolved quickly and amicably. Highly recommended.

Fixed the A/C on my Touareg, compressor was replaced a few years back but previous garage didn't do a proper job cable tieing some components that had worked loose and the A/C never really worked efficiently. Simon at Pierremonts diagnosed the problem which was the Compressor clutch. My car was picked up and dropped back to my House and the price charged was very reasonable, I couldn't find the part cheaper online and the labour was 30mins less than the previous garage who said it was a 2 hour job to get access to the far end of the compressor. all in all I was very pleased with the communication, explanation and customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest garage.

Trouble with BMW 320i . Had three visits to other garages who all identified misfire in cylinder 4 but did not cure fault. Left car at Pierremonts Ramsgate and within a couple of hours , phone call to come and collect. Fault found - Fault cured and now running perfect. Great service all round from reception to workshop. My first call garage from now on.
